Hey Strike Now, guess what. The only person who can call a strike sanctioned by the ubc is frank spencer. If a local leader calls a strike he will most likely be removed and possibly get his local dissolved and even be held personally responsible for huge amounts of money in lawsuits stemming from fines incurred by the contractors.It's not worth the risk to the local or himself.
