It was the hard core rank & file members that forced them to take the contract off the table not caperso & tyznar. They hear whats going on in the streets that the members will not vote for them in delegate & est elections or for any DC employees for that matter,and there saying ohhh boooy we better change things around here or we will lose the power to the district council to the rank and file members, to little to late no dc employees will be elected to any future positions. NEWS FLASH--FORGET PAY CUTS WE NEED A PAY RAISE>
